If we do say so ourselves, we try to make On
Target a good place to do business.
Our customer service execs are mailing experts themselves.
They’ve also been mail customers, too, so they know your
needs.
Troy Fischer
Troy thinks one of the most valuable things you learn in an
MBA program is that you have a right to question everything.
Why is it done that way? Can it be done better? Does it have
to cost this much? Can he get onion rings instead of fries?
With more than 12 years of industry experience and an MBA in
marketing from Colorado State University, Troy founded On
Target in early 1998. Quickly outgrowing his first facility,
he now finds himself overseeing a busy, growing business
housed in a large, light, open facility strategically located
near the post office’s Business Mail operation.
Past president of the Rocky Mountain Direct Marketing
Association, Troy serves on the boards of several industry
associations and, according to the staff, gets far too many
ideas about how quickly, accurately and cost effectively a
mailing services company can serve its clients.
Mindy
Fischer
As On Target’s co-owner, Mindy brings years of business and
employee relations experience to the company. We think that’s
a big reason why we have so many “A”-level colleagues not only
working together here, but also staying here for so long. And,
as our accounting manager, Mindy’s the one who crosses the
“Ts” and keeps the blizzard of operational papers that have
come with our success flowing in the right directions.
A graduate of East Carolina University, she came to Denver in
1992 to take a job with Leprino Foods and, thanks to On
Target, two kids and a definably close working relationship
with On Target’s other owner, has been here ever since.
